At least 200 people have been killed at a nuclear test site in North Korea after a tunnel collapsed, according to an unverified Japanese media report.
The collapse is said to have taken place during the construction of a new underground facility at the Punggye-ri site in northeastern North Korea on October 10, the report says.
But there has been no official confirmation of the claims, apparently made by an unnamed North Korean 'source'.

200 is a lot of families being affected. Wouldn't be surprised if they join in the vandalising of Kim Jong un statues soon. ..and/or they'll blame "evil America"..
If that collapse entombed 200 of Kim's technical minions, it'd be a silver lining to this mess.
This may well explain why Kim has been impotent in his response to Trump, also why nobody has seen or heard of Kim's leading nuclear scientists?
So, who is downwind of the prevailing winds? China, Russia, Japan, or South Korea. How will they respond to a cloud of radioactive material blowing over them?
